Case Study Two

Client Challenge: A financial services client needed to comply with APRA’s CPS 230 legislation, which focuses on organisational resilience, but needed more capacity to manage this alongside other critical projects.

Our Approach: Three Advisory™ was chosen to establish and design the CPS 230 program, including creating a program management plan, governance structure, and early-stage steering committees. The team also crafted a business case to secure the necessary budget and a phased resource plan to scale the program in line with the client’s needs.

Outcome: Within two months, the program was fully approved, a governance structure was in place, and a team of eight had been assembled. The program is now on track to meet CPS 230 compliance by July 2025.
